You may want things to get back to normal so you can get on with
your life. For myself, I must discover who I am
right now and
rebuild my life based on that. Here are some things to think about -

FALSIFICATION OF TYPE. Have you
been living a lie
in order  to survive?
Maybe you've become the person you
need to be, rather than the person you
really are.
TIME. How long since you last lived
"normally"? Weeks, months, years? Should we
expect to return to those times? Anybody
who's been zapped by life wants things to be
"normal" again. But how can you build a new
life If you're still trying to live the old one?

TYPES
Is "falsifying type" about deception? Absolutely not. It's
about becoming the type of person who can survive in your
environment. For example, if the family (or employer)  
doesn't respect your traits, you might adopt other traits in
order to fit in. We used to call it "fake it till you make it." But
faking it for too long can mess you up. There comes a time to
arrange a life more in line with your real self.
