There are support groups on-line
and they've helped me a lot.

But beware!

There's no privacy on the net.
Chat groups are very vulnerable.

Don't say anything that you don't want the world to know.
Usually, I can keep in touch with a support group since we
all understand and there's really no need to name names.

Be careful.
I say to people,
"There's nobody here but you, me,
the
FBI, the CIA, your boss, the
insurance company, and a few
teenage hackers at the mall."
