| Coping With Panic Attacks |
| During panic attacks: Knowledge is power - if you can grab that first instant and know that what's happening is a panic attack - you'll be empowered. You will be able to help yourself, using the anti-panic techniques that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy teaches (breathing, relaxation, etc.) You might still have the panic attack, but part of you will be aware make it less severe. |
